You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a 100% refund less a 3% Refund Processing Fee. All requests made after 14 days are NOT ELIGIBLE for a refund under any circumstances, NO EXCEPTIONS! If you selected the payment plan option and you do not request a refund by the end of the 14th day, you are required to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.  In order to request a refund, you must submit your request in writing to ryan.brooks@toprealestateleadmachine.com by the 14th day from date of purchase. Refunds made within 24 hours of purchase are subject to investigation to prevent piracy. All refunds are discretionary as determined by us. If we determine that you are abusing our refund policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the program without providing a refund.
